Alessio Spinazzola
Teacher
Originally from Palma, the capital of Mallorca in Spain, Alessio Spinazzola brings a diverse international background to Summit Micro School. With an Italian father and Brazilian mother, he developed a passion for languages, geography, and culture early in life. Alessio holds a degree in Primary Education specializing in educational support and inclusive education from the University of the Balearic Islands, completing his internship in Macerata, Italy.
Alessio is dedicated to creating an inclusive, student-centered learning environment where every child’s strengths are celebrated and used to overcome challenges. He values the close-knit, reflective teaching team at Summit, which allows him to continually innovate and grow as an educator.
Outside of teaching, Alessio is an avid sports enthusiast and musician. He enjoys climbing, skating, bodyboarding, and playing the guitar. He also speaks five languages fluently and is keenly interested in geopolitics and world geography.
At the heart of his teaching philosophy is the belief that childhood is the foundation for the future. He strives to instill in his students values of tolerance, empathy, and cooperation, helping them grow into confident individuals who contribute to a kinder world.
